Moira Gatt Ghirxi

Founder & Work Psychology Consultant


Moira is the founder and lead Organizational Psychology Consultant at ElevaHR. With over 10 years of experience in the field, Moira has a passion for transforming workplaces into dynamic, productive, and healthy environments. 


Moira holds a Master's Degree in Psychology of Work and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management from University of Leicester, where she developed a deep understanding of human behaviour in the workplace. She is also a certified PRISM Practitioner, demonstrating her commitment to professional excellence and continuous learning. 


Throughout her career, Moira has partnered with a wide range of clients, from small businesses to large corporations, across various industries and has driven various projects related to HR, performance management, leadership development, coaching and training programmes.


Moira's unwavering commitment to excellence and her profound expertise in human resources are key in transforming ElevaHR into a valued partner for organizations aiming to enhance their HR strategies and develop high-performing teams.
